SHIPPING POLICY
All items ship within 3-5 business days, not including Holidays. Unless it says otherwise in the product description.
Once your order has been processed, it will be shipped via USPS First Class Mail, or UPS. You then will receive a tracking number. Please be patient with the carriers, I cannot control when you will receive your package once it has left my hands.

If your package is lost or stolen in transit, please contact your local Postal Office. They will assist you in recovering, or refunding for the lost package. Please contact me once you have contacted USPS, and I will assist you in replacing your order.

return policy
All SALE items are FINAL.
There are no return on Custom pieces.
If you order a stamped piece and it breaks due to being bent constantly, I will give you 20% off to replace it, within 30 days of purchasing it.
custom ordering policy
When ordering Custom pieces, please have your design finalized before I make the product. You will get a photo before the item is made. Once you have received the photo of your product finished, and you want to change your design, I will charge full price to re-make the piece.
The reason for this is; it takes from my time of being with my family, or finishing up other orders having to re-make your item. I am also using double the product. Once you have paid for the re-make, I will send both pieces to you when I ship the items out. Thank you!
