This is my number 1 asked question. That all depends on your chemistry. I use .925 sterling silver, 14K gold, and aluminum to create your unique pieces. If you are allergic to any of these metals, it may cause irritation or skin changing color. If you do not have an allergy to metals, you will be fine.

My pieces are made to last, but things happen. If your item breaks out of your control ex: in transit to you, please contact me and I will replace your item for free. If you happen to break your piece by hitting it, or catching it on something, etc. I cannot replace or fix those pieces for free. If anything happens, please reach out and let me know!

I get this question a lot, and the answer is YES. The black ink used to bold your stamped designs can come out with wear and tare. The more you wash your pieces of jewelry the more it will start to wash out. I recommend taking your jewelry off when showering, washing your hands, swimming, etc. If the black ink does come out. You can take a black sharpie and brush over the design, let it sit for a second and then take a cloth and wipe off the excess or use an alcohol wipe to wipe over the top.

I am not responsible for lost or stolen packages. Once your package leaves my care, I have no control of it. You will need to contact your local post office with the tracking number so they can look into it for you.
